DUTY OF CANDOUR REPORT 2022-23

Under the Health (Tobacco, Nicotine etc & Care) (Scotland) Act 2016, we are required to produce and publish an annual report, outlining the number and nature of any unintended or unexpected incidents which have resulted in the death or harm of any service users. Nicki (Playgroup manager) has completed training on the duty of candour, and the groups' responsibilities.

 

For the period 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023, no unintended or unexpected incidents resulting in death or harm of a service used occurred. Therefore, no actions were required.
